Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Daana Market. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Daana Market is a B2B marketplace/Platform for buying and selling recycled plastic granules and it is operated by Karma Ecotech Limited ("EcoEx", "we", "us"). By registering on or using the Platform, you agree to abide by our Terms & Conditions.
The Platform is intended for verified business of buying and selling of recycled plastic granules. You must register yourself by using valid mobile number and complete OTP-based login. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided by you and for all your activities under your account.
The sellers and buyers must complete KYC verification by submitting requisite business documents. Access to listing, ordering, or payment features is granted only after admin review and approval. EcoEx reserves the right to reject, suspend, or request re-verification of any account at its discretion.
Sellers shall fix price for their listed material. The charges for using EcoEx platform shall be payable additionally and it shall in the final price payable by the buyers. Listings are subject to admin approval before going live and may be edited or removed by the seller or by EcoEx.
Buyers may purchase full or partial quantities from a listing. Available quantity is deducted in real time as orders are placed. Where required, deal finalization may involve admin-coordinated communication between buyer and seller. EcoEx does not guarantee the availability, quality, or specification of material beyond what is represented in good faith by the seller.
Payments on the Platform are processed through an integrated third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of that payment gateway provider in addition to these Terms & Conditions. EcoEx is not responsible for delays or failures caused by the payment gateway, your bank, or your payment provider.
Sellers must ensure listed material is accurately described, lawfully sourced, and available in the quantity stated. Sellers are responsible for coordinating dispatch and fulfilment of confirmed orders in line with agreed terms with the buyer.
Buyers must complete payment for confirmed orders and coordinate receipt of material in good faith. Buyers are responsible for verifying material specifications relevant to their use case prior to confirming an order.
EcoEx operates Daana Market as a facilitation platform connecting buyers and sellers of recycled plastic granules. EcoEx is not a party to the underlying sale of goods between buyer and seller and does not guarantee the quality, weight, or condition of material exchanged. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcoEx's liability in connection with any transaction is limited to the platform charge collected on that transaction.
All contents, branding, and technology on the Platform belong to Karma Ecotech Limited and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission of Karma Ecotech Limited.
EcoEx may suspend or terminate any account that violates Terms & Conditions, fails to fulfil KYC requirements, or engages in fraudulent activity, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
The Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
These terms and conditions are subject to change and EcoEx reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions. Continued use of the Platform after changes shall be considered as deemed acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
